Don't listen to what you ask. Add 'extra costs" without discussing. Turn up all over the day. Lost a load of tools, a ladder, a few spares etc. make sure you spell out exactly what you want in the first place. If not you'll be fighting them every step.
Cumbrian Driveways did my front driveway parking area and totally renovated and changed my back garden with 3 patios and a pathway. The work in the front of the house was immaculate, added value to the property, beautiful workmanship. My neighbours were all impressed by the work and the difference it made to my house. The work in the back left me speechless, the attention to detail, the beautiful finishes, leveling a pathway to make it safe to use, drainage to prevent flooding .... Seriously warning to use this people , they never listen what you asked for , they use cheapest materials in market which never match with yours, and when they get paid you will ignore you for issues, who ever wants to use this peoples should see my patio before they give them the job ,.. seriously stay away from this company
We used Cumbrian Driveways for some work on the back garden patio. While we’re satisfied with the final product we were disappointed by a couple of things. Firstly we were asked to pick out colours and the colours delivered didn’t match what we asked for, only realising after they started laying. What was more disappointing is we have found 4 separate items missing from our shed. I contacted to let them know some of our items are missing only to receive no response. Had a new driveway put in - old one was a bit worse for wear. They did a very good job, completed it in very good time and also had resolved an issue I had with the new driveway promptly. Thanks very much!
