Just wanted to add my experience to the many one star reviews. Arrived at property late afternoon. Beds still had dirty bed linen on from previous occupants. Dirty damp towels all over floor. Place was dirty as it had not been cleaned since previous occupants. Could not find property manual at this point so rectified the situation ourselves finding what we hoped was clean bed linen and towels in a cupboard. Hi! I found a 'Smartmedia' card (on the ground) whilst touring Windemere. I really hope someone recognizes the family on holiday. I have more photos and will send them if I have a contact . This may be a few years ago.
Horrible company, staffed by awful, unfriendly people who shouldn't be allowed anywhere near customers. Just had a very unpleasant experience with one of their maintenance team, awful man.
Very helpful members of staff.
Deserve 0 stars. Terrible customer service as a cottage owner they illegally let out my cottage during covid-19, failed to act on emails and phones calls and overall have appalling customer service.
