Quick to sell and very overpriced. Do your research before buying and compare pricing. Unfortunately my elderly relatives were advised she was getting a “good” deal! She now has a brand new unusable for her needs scooter. Not so quick to help afterward. The lady was polite on the phone. The man not so much, very dismissive.
Contacted this company trying to get a mobility scooter on motability rang them and spoke to a man who I now know is the boss explaining my situation he asked me some questions of which I answered gave him my address he looked at Google maps and said he couldn't help without explaining why without giving me the choice of wether I could transport the scooter into my property or not no demonstration no nothing I then spoke to same company by mistake as I've been looking at all companies and options and spoke to Gillian by emai... read more
Very good shop gave me very good advice and very knowledgeable.
I went to Cumbria Mobility looking for a rollator and was shown what they had. Luckily, they had what I wanted but they would have ordered me one should I have wanted. Everything about it was explained to me and any adjustments were made to suit me. They couldn't have been more helpful. And the price was right.
