I went to Cumbria Mobility looking for a rollator and was shown what they had. Luckily, they had what I wanted but they would have ordered me one should I have wanted. Everything about it was explained to me and any adjustments were made to suit me. They couldn't have been more helpful. And the price was right.

Very good and helpful, their knowledge of their products was excellent....I was doing research as to the type of electrical wheelchair I will need . They even let me have a supervised test drive . Was very impressed with them .

I'm on holiday in Anan Scotland and we had forgotten my son's wheelchair charger. I'd called around all the local wheelchair service's to where we were staying and no one could help. Finally got InTouch with Cumbria mobility ltd and guy on the phone was so helpful. Steve told me to pop down and he'd lend me one for the holidays. Absolutely legend of a man. Great service and totally professional customer care. Definitely 5 Star service. Thanks Steve.
