I'd previously rang a different company to ask for a quote for a velux blackout blind - it took them 5 days to get back to me, then quoted a price of £185...!!! Said I would consider & shop around... Thank goodness I did... !!!!! Rang this company - the guy was really friendly and within 30mins of giving him information re: velux code, he rang me back & quoted £60 less than the previous guy..!!! Poor, very poor. Norman came to put up 2 curtain poles, we decide it needed boards fitting above the windows. He said he would go off to pick up materials after seeing his next appointment. He then said the builders merchant was closed (it was after 12 o’clock Saturday). B&Q was still open! 🤔 no reply. He said he would be back the following week, he didn’t come.
