I think the nicest people in the world work at Northside! Also, they all do an excellent job!!! They really care and try to do what's best to meet each person's individual needs. I also love that they explain all your options and help you decide on the best plan of action.
Excellent first visit at Dr. Shanks office. First impression, beautiful, clean waiting room. Very friendly office staff who answered several questions I had. Very impressed with my hygienist who explained everything she was doing and why - which I found very comforting. I did not need any dental work done on my first visit other then cleaning, but the dentist came and discussed their theory of dentistry and options I might have for improvement.
