I thought the office was very inviting and comfortable. The reception I received from all the staff was excellent. I had an exam and cleaning and I was extremely happy with both. Recommend them to anyone.

I rated the visit excellent--not sure the star got marked. Could not have been more satisfied with the staff--Jennifer was great and don't know the names of the others. Dr. Shanks definitely made me feel at ease--hard to do! Only negative is all the x-rays taken on my three visits--don't like all that radiation or the expense. Northside Family Dentistry is superior in every way!

First trip using a new dentist for my kids. The office was exceptional! Super friendly and helpful from the first moment when I called to schedule appointments. My child absolutely loved the office, the staff, and the dentist. We will be using this dentistry for ALL of our future needs and would highly recommend it to any family!!! My son even got a balloon with a dollar attached for being a good patient! How neat is that? Service is beyond your expectations!

I am quite impressed and very happy with the care I received this morning. Your extremely professional staff made the extraction of my tooth an almost enjoyable experience. Very impressed with the entire visit--definitely a well run organization. Everyone seemed to truly care about which procedure would work best for me. Was surprised at the cost of what I had thought would be one x-ray but that's my own expectation. Expect me to return when the need arises.
