Jennifer is amazing. Always so attentive and pays close attention to detail. The entire staff does a great job on educating patients. Dr. Shanks has a very calm spirit and makes a dentist visit stress-free. They all strive toward the same goal "great patient care and terrific customer service".

I was treated very professionally from start to finish. The work was done very efficiently in a pleasant manner.
My 5 year old son actually looks forward to going to the dentist at Northside! He was greeted by name with a warm smile and efforts were made by each person he encountered for his checkup to be a positive experience. He left with a (clean) smile and is looking forward to his next cleaning in 6 months.
Jennifer is wonderful. We love Dr. Shanks too!
I love the friendly atmosphere, all the staff are so nice. The Doctors' bed side manner is relaxing. I really like the new digital machine for making crowns, no long wait. As far as wait time comment, sometimes life isn''t perfiect.
