Staff is very courteous . The price for services rendered was a shock.
We have had excellent dental care in the pass and have gone to several dentist since we moved to FFG but , it wasn't till we came to Northside Family that we felt we were receiving the high level of care we were used to getting. Our search is over and the staff and Doctor have truly made us feel that we and are dental health are part of there family. The Renick's
I am very impressed with not only Dr. Shanks but his entire staff!!! It was my first visit & I was immediately put at ease with the professionalism & kindness of the entire staff. Although the office was quite busy they never made me feel like they were in a rush to get to the next patient. They thoroughly answered all questions & anticipated any questions I did not ask. I highly recommend Northside Family Dentistry!!!

I had a wonderful first visit at Northside Family Dentistry. Dr. Shanks and his staff were incredibly friendly and professional. Dr. Shanks spent a great deal of time with me and all of my questions and concerns were addressed. My experience was far better than average and I will be going back.
I have been amazed how well the staff and the Doctor run and manage this office. The same day service for crowns is wonderful. I look forward for my next visit...
