They always do a good job, I'll keep going back.
Dr. Shanks and his staff run a first rate clinic. I have been a patient for a brief time (only since Summer of '14) however I am impressed each time I visit the office. Upon entrance to his office you are welcomed by a friendly staff and plenty of reading materials, water or coffee and couches to keep you comfortable while you wait. Waiting time is always brief and the receptionist immediately communicates via an earpiece to the staff in the back of your arrival. As usual, it was a friendly and thorough 6 months cleaning. My hygienist was friendly, clear on what she was doing and very professional. I have had very professional service with all people at the Northside Family Dentistry as I feel they all take time to take care of you personally.
Well, so far so good. I had 2 teeth extracted. One to prepare for implants, the other a wisdom that was giving me trouble. I also received 1 implant. They were aware that I was very apprehensive, even with the Valium and the knowing I was going to have nitrous oxide. Both Dr. Shanks and the young lady named Heaven...and what an appropriate name for her, were very gentle, soothing and caring.
