I was impressed by the facility and the staff. I am in need of extensive treatment and was strongly encouraged by the methodical way you explained my options. Never dreamed that I would enjoy a trip to the dentist. Thank you all.
It was Evan's first visit to the dentist, so we were a little nervous. But Jennifer was WONDERFUL with him. She put him at ease, answered all of his questions, and explained to him what everything was and what it did. Evan was so impressed that he got to watch tv while he had his teeth cleaned. He is really looking forward to his next visit.
I was very pleased with the staff and Dr. Shanks. He was easy to talk to and made my visit as pleasant as a dentist appointment can me :) PS My husband was very impressed that he was allowed to watch (even though he got sick and had to leave lol)
I think this was the most comprehensive dental check up I have ever had! I have already told several others and recommended they give you a try.
The staff and Dr. Shanks were very kind. I was very happy with my first visit. Lauren was very thorough and gentle. Dr. Shanks took the time to talk with me about my treatment options and made sure I understood. I really appreciate that! I will definitely be referring people to this office!
My son is seven and had to have two teeth removed. Dr. Shanks and his staff were kind and sensitive to my son as the procedures were being performed. We left feeling confident in his care during recovery too. Jacob was good as new the next day and is looking forward to watching more Sonic cartoons when we return for phase two of the treatment.
This was an awesome experience. A very rare statement about a dental trip. The people were very nice and straight forward. All took the time to ask questions about myself and in turn gave some background about themselves. They made me feel like I was involved in my dental experience with them and I am very thankful that.
We enjoyed our visit very much. The staff is professional, but also extremely personable.
New to town and was looking to establish a relationship with a dentist. After a few false starts with other local dentists. I found Northside. Right from the first call, I knew this was a group of professionals who cared about their patients. I was fit into their schedule within 24 hours of first contact.
