All staff and Dr. Shanks are personable, professional and caring. That means so very much to the patient and helps put us more at ease.
I was so nervous just thinking about going to a new dentist, as soon as I was in the office everyone was just so friendly. I have never been in a office like your place. Thank you for been so kind.
Jennifer is a wonderful hygienist and probably deserves a pay raise! I actually look forward to going to the dentist because it is a painless experience that is more like catching up with the news from old friends than a medical procedure. Dr Shanks has been very successful at putting together a motivated team of individuals who obviously enjoy their work.
My difficult problems were solved in a very professional manner and some suggestions given that will help me in the future. Very comfortable office to deal with.
I had a very informative and pleasant appointment, my cleaning was very satisfactory, I learned of some new methods and products to maintain my teeth and keep them healthy. the staff always makes my appointments fun and comfortable. I highly recommend this facility to everyone.

I love the Northside Family Dentistry office. Everyone was so nice and very friendly. Usually once you go back to an office you are left alone for what seems like forever but not so there. While waiting for the Doctor several nurses came and spoke with me. I loved it. This was my first visit and first impression. Dr John is awesome easy to talk to and very caring. I was tremendously impressed. Thank you to DrJohn and the staff you are all great.
They are so nice and professional. We recommend them to everyone. We have seen other dentists in the area and they dont compare to the staff at this office. They do great with very young chidren as well.
I love Northside Family Dentistry! Everyone there does an excellent job! Surely the presence of the Lord is in this place! God bless all of you!
