Top Notch !! Excellent care provided to me this morning. Everything explained to me as I went through my evaluation. Everyone there is very welcoming and friendly. They make a dental experience much easier.
Was very satisfied with my visit. They were very caring and professional. They answered all my questions and discussed all my options with me. They even took the time to show me options for paying for the services to be provided. Also helped me apply for financing. Can't wait for my next visit and get started on my new smile.

I really like Dr. Shanks. First time I ever had a tooth pulled without any pain. Northside family dentistry is without a doubt the best dentist office in cross ville. I would recommend it to family and friends.

Staff is terrific and they do a great job. We waited a month for a contact to advise us that needed items forvtgecappt were in. It was supposed to be a couple of weeks from a prior evaluation. No call. We called and were scheduled within the next couple of weeks. Just need better follow through on this type of scheduling.
