The experience was excellent. The welcoming staff do a great job. Devon the Hygienist was excellent. Explained the procedure well put me at ease, and performed her procedure in a gentle and effective way. Dr. Shanks also presented himself in a friendly but professional manner. This was my first visit and staff was very friendly and professional. The hygienist who cleaned my teeth was very considerate, thorough, and had a very light touch. The person who helped with my insurance questions was very helpful.
