The staff is extremely kind and personal. They know I am when I walk in the door. They have excellent coffee waiting for you if you want. They also have computers if you want to surf the net while you wait. The service is great too. The rooms are extremely comfortable, with flat screen TV's mounted overhead.

My visits to NSFD always ends with good results. The only constructive comment I have of a negative nature is that the dentist usually wants to do more than I want done.

Explained the procedure well put me at ease, and performed her procedure in a gentle and effective way. Dr. Shanks also presented himself in a friendly but professional manner.
