As a new patient I was welcomed warmly by each staff member I dealt with, including Dr. Shanks. My exam and cleaning was very thorough and done in a beautiful and relaxing office. There was NO pressure for additional work which was very refreshing!
I was very impressed that Dr. Shanks took the time to go over all of my dental options and helped me choose the one that was best for me and my oral care. The staff was very friendly and I did not feel nervous or unwelcome.
I had a great visit this morning at the dentist. Everyone was friendly and I didn't have any wait.
The facilities are remarkably clean and the staff was friendly, which made me feel very comfortable. I would highly recommend Northside Dentistry to anyone!
