This is the third dental hygienist in the last three visits and I prefer coming to a known entity. The cleaning was handled efficiently and I have no complaints about the hygienist. She did a good job, but a sudden staffing change with no advance warning made me uncomfortable. There seem to have been several other staff changes. Will there be continuity in the future?

Your staff was very friendly and efficient, appreciate it since when I came for the appointment was not in the best frame of mind. The only thing is I'm still having pain in my mouth from the infection from the root canal tooth #13 and was hoping it would have subsided a little by now. The assistant had mentioned that I would two weeks worth of penicillin, but the prescription was only for a week....I'm on my 3rd day.
I couldn't have had a better experience. It is a well run office with consistently courteous and professional staff at every level. I highly recommend Northside Dentistry Office.

I arrived early and they took me early which was good. Devon did a very good job of checking the depths of my pocket and did a thorough job of cleaning. She was friendly and efficient. The payment process went smoothly and all I had contact with were very friendly and efficient.

Amazing experience with an incredible staff. They are incredibly personable and the technology is state of the art. I am so glad that I was recommended to them. My whole family is switching!
