I’ve been living in Cumberland cove apartments for almost 10 years and I recently moved out from there, their office management was bad they were never on point with their maintenance. I lived in 7211 hidden ridge dr.apt 108. Many problems with water leaking and flooding in my apt. I have not received my deposit since I have moved out the 26th of October. It’s now January or 2021 and have not heard back from anyone there or to notify me about the situation.
Rebecca Kalishek is the most unprofessional person I’ve ever had the misfortune of interacting with. Do not live here!!!

Can not use the grills The pools are close. The pool is half filled and green. The gutters are full and growing trees in them. Trash over flowing and laying on the ground The office staff rude and disrespectful. The wood rotted on apartment

I love living here. Great community and location. Apt is suitable and the grounds are kept up nicely. I had recommended Cumberland Cove to a friend, and she moved here too! The Management Team is awesome!
The staff is rude. They’ll micromanage you and kick you out of your moldy apartment because you dispute one of their claims. What I mean by moldy, the staff replaced the washer and dryer in the apartment above me which busted a water line, leaking water into my ceiling and walls… They used an industrial fan and painted over it instead of fixing it. My boyfriend and I were sick for the last year of living there. They overcharge and treat you like garbage. Avoid at all cost.
I have lived in Cumberland Cove for a year now. And the time I put a request in to have something fixed here within a day everything is fixed! I love them enemies in the warm home peel!
I have lived here 4 years. The first almost 2 years were awesome. The area was clean, pools were clean, etc. However, since Hercules has taken over this place has gone downhill. I pay over 1k a month in rent to have a view of a rotting pile of trash for 3 weeks and counting, I have a neighbor apt that looks like a crack house and the door has been wide open for a week- they were evicted.
