I would not recommend Culworth Garage to anyone. I have taken my car there three times for the same fault, and the issue is still not fixed. Despite this, I have been charged each time, which feels like being ripped off. I also noticed on the invoices that I was charged for topping up the screen wash, which seems unnecessary and was not clearly discussed beforehand. Overall, very disappointed with the service and the lack of resolution, especially considering the amount paid.
