I went yesterday for the first time and they forgot a few things on my order they were rude to my teenage daughter. I will not be returning to this location
I love you Culver's but today, you disappoint me. I always ALWAYS order a Cheddar Butter Burger with Bacon....why did they think they could give me a Bacon Deluxe? I don't like American cheese.....:( I still love your food and this location is normally very awesome.
EVERY time we go to this location they always seem to screw our order up someway..whether it's forgetting something or a different flavored ice cream than ordered.. Not to mention you might want to look over your employee's shoulders as they are cleaning up the lobby. Last time i checked you're supposed to move the condiments off the table and properly wipe it down..not half ass it leaving crumbs. Prime example.. Employee "Kitty".

The only problem I have with the food here is my eyes are always bigger than my stomach. Great food and service.
