Have tried eating here multiple times and they always mess up our order and forget items we order. Waste of money. When trying to call to talk to management no one answers the phone.... what a joke, shame because most Culver’s are good.
The WORST Culver’s I’ve been to. Usually get fast and kind service. At this location we sat for 10 minutes between the order screen and pay window because so many other cars were waiting for their food. Then we finally get to the window and the employees stood with their backs to the window before finally opening it and taking our money. Very disappointed.
Normally we enjoy coming here because everyone likes the food and ice cream. Tonight I ordered a pot roast meal. Literally not even enough meat to cover the bottom bun. However I didn't go up and complain to anyone because I find it can be upsetting to folks just trying to follow the rules. Pot roast slider meal like 10 bucks....pathetic
They don't care about handicapped people/children. They have all spots blocked off so they can have their roof repaired. I brought to the attention of the manger. His response; "If the owner thinks it's not illegal, then it's not. This is private property, we can do what we want!" they are always so nice, and in general the food is good, except i dont like the fries. but we were there tonight, and this is the second time in a row that they left out the BACON in the cranberry/blue/bacon salad :( it was still good but it needed the bacon lol, and their food is expensive so it really needs to be right!!
