took 17 minutes in the drive thru for 1 small order of cheese curds, finally the guy brings out a tray with my curds on it with NO BAG... AS I pulled around to the front and went inside I watched the manager Kassie picking my curds up off the counter with bare hands tried to hand me them. at that point I asked for my money back and she asked me to explain WHY I WANTED IT BACK... I no longer will be going here. sad day because I love the food. what a joke.

Very disappointed with the Culver’s on Fountain. I went there on 9/3 through drive through with my children. When we got home I bit into my sour dough sandwich and pulled out what seemed to be packaging tape. I was so disgusted and mad. So I wrote on the Culver’s customer service website to this location and requested to be contacted. By Monday 9/7 I had not been contacted so I called the store. They were busy which I get but we waited for our food for quite a bit, then they forgot a kids meal. Got down the road and realize my cheese sauce is freezing cold. Super disappointed, I've been looking forward to culvers and I just got in from TX. Guess I'll go to the Springs for Culvers from now on.

Normally when you order a burger it comes with both buns. For $9.00 I want all of the ingredients to be included LOL.

This place was the best fast food joint in Fountain for a couple years after they opened but now I expect something to be wrong every time I go there. Once I got a burger with only half a bun. Today I got a mushroom Swiss burger with no mushrooms. I'm so sick of this garbage. Fix yourselves or you'll never get another dime of my money and I will strive to tell everyone I know to avoid your place.
