My daughter went to get her last check was informed she needed to turn in her uniform she went home to get it was turned away due to the time. I went to Culver’s tonight at 6:50 and ordered a 2 piece cod dinner with a large cheese curd in place of the fries. I spent about 20 or more minutes in the drive thru and I get all the way home (15-20 minutes away) and they charged me on my receipt for a large cheese curd, but gave me the fries. I ordered a two scoop flavor of the day(blackberry cobbler) , and the cup was not even as full as you would expect for a one scoop.Was informed that management had told them to reduce the portion sizes.I guess I will reduce the size of my patronage as well.
Asked for a 2 tender basket and got 2 nuggets. Really Culver’s? Way to rip off your costumers.
Horrible, disaster, slow , shut this place down. Waited for 45 minutes for 4 chicken tenders. Unprofessional management, dirty, employees dropped a metal part of the custard machine on the dirty floor multiple times and put it right back on top of the machine without cleaning it first. They don’t value their customers time and really don’t care about your feedback. My foot will not step in this place ever again.
I waited in the Drive thru line for 25 minutes, but I don’t mind because I was only getting a Concrete Mixer and they are usually pretty good. I ordered a Mixer with Vanilla and Salted Caramel. Paid for it, drove away and tasted just Vanilla. Took it into the store and was told they were remaking it. Waited 10 minutes from in the store to walking out. Don’t go into fountain Mesa Culver’s if your brown ? My order was totally all wrong I will never step foot in another Culver’s again
don't recommend....PRICEY....NOT WORTH IT......Our fish was extremely salty as were the cheese curds...our fries were old, cold, & nasty....the only good thing was the chocolate shake......
