Did someone get in trouble for putting too much good stuff in the mixers? I've never had issues with this Culver's before but the last two times I've ordered an Oreo mixer, I get a cup of vanilla ice cream. I can barely find any black flecks of Oreo. I have pics to prove it. Please stop being stingy and put Oreo in your Oreo mixers!

WORST service I have ever had at this location. The website was wrong for the daily flavor and the head cashier had the nerve to take it personally that I was upset that it was wrong on the website. Had the nerve to tell me, “Well, I don’t know who does the website so...” as she walked off. She didn’t even apologize for my inconvenience. Very disappointed store was dirty, employees not paying attention to the customers more interested in socializing and not customer service. Waited 15 minute for ice cream. Had to go to the counter and get it myself... Bad management...
Been sitting in the driver thru waiting for 25 minutes. Still no food. I just ordered a chicken sandwich combo... Why is this taking so long?...
You guys got good food and all but I waited 20 got my lil bros ice cream and when I got it the thing was melted and your employee still tried to give it to me.
