Great food, good service, good quality . Really nice
This will be the last time I visit your establishment. I have gone many times over the last 2.5 years and while it started off as a great place, the quality of food has steadily declined. My burgers today were ice cold to the point of not even melting the cheese and the meat was literally thrown half on the bun. The fried were hot so there is that. Maybe if things change back to the way they were several years ago, I will return but at this point, not worth my time.
Waited 25 minutes at a dirty table, only to find out they lost our order. When I asked to speak with the manager, the employee yelled back to the kitchen that an "old guy" wanted to talk to him. The manager was less than concerned when he heard the story, and we walked out without ever eating. This is not then first time they 'lost' our order. We won't be back.
Please do not go to this Culvers they will not except your money if it has a torn on it. They haven't post nothing to let people know that and when you drive up and have a torn on the bill they try not to take it l. I fought with them and they fially took it. Money is money. SMDH
My mushroom burger had 2 mushrooms on it..... worst burger ever!
We just stopped in for some dinner after a 12 hour work day and are extremely disappointed. I believe Shawna was working at the drive through. I don't think Ive ever been through a drive through with a cashier that is this unhappy with her job. There was no greeting, semi hostile and we genuinely felt like a burden. I will not return to Cullvers. This is not a review on the food. Service only.
Thanks for real fish and chips! Clean and neat. The staff is well trained and friendly.
