We realised we were at the stage of life where we needed to review our finances; it's a bit more complex for us as we run our own business and need to separate personal and business finances. Terrible first impressions from the owner John who's obviously stuck in a time warp and hasn't moved on. I had great expectations from this company but they should just stick to book keeping. I made an appointment to discuss estate planning and was severely aggressively interrogated tactessly with attitude. Although I furnished him with all my financial balances he seemed more interested about how I was dressed, how I was able to afford my house, how I spent and made my money, my personal life and history.
