Surgery rang to arrange an appointment at 2pm, we did not have a clue what the appointment was about, after making 2 calls to the surgery to find out why we had not received a call was told they were busy and we were next in the queue, eventually the Dr rang, no apologies for being nearly 3 hours late, medication prescribed and collected, On collecting, medication asked for 2.5 mls 4 times a day, no measuring item with medication, rang pharmacy to double check as it was morphine based and did not want to give my husband too ... read more
