Always received great care from Culverdens including a recent occasion when our dog was taken ill in Cornwall. Whilst in the waiting room of the Cornish vet other people were waiting for their home vets to send through medical history. Culverdens sent ours immediately on request no waiting. They also contacted the specialist hospital in Bristol we were referred to ensuring on our return they had the full history of the incident. Always been very caring.

Amazing people so kind and understanding when we had to say goodbye to pebbles our much loved 17 year old patterdale. Every member of staff was so kind and compassionate. Just like to say a big thank you to all of you that made our day that bit easier xx
The staff at this practice are outstanding, efficient, kind and compassionate. They are always willing to arrange to obtain advice from a vet and call back with that advice where there is ongoing treatment. Their handling of euthanising a pet made the experience as stress free as possible for the family and the remaining pet. Outstanding service.
