This was my first time going and i wanted the grilled chicken sandwich. I ordered it with extra lettuce which i did not get it a one lil sad tomato on it and yiu would think with how long i had to wait it was going to be amazing. I hate tge drive way set up. You order then they make you pull around and wait for your food. There were more items i wanted to try but after this experience i don't know if ill go back.
Service was great.
The manager, Daniela, was very rude. She was arguing with us even though the cashier admitted to taking our order incorrectly. Finally after a while of back and forth, another manager walked by and gave us the correct item.
The cashier wasn’t very helpful. We asked for our order several times, and she kept entering it wrong. When our order finally arrived, we noticed they gave us cheese curds instead of onion rings with the kids’ meal. Even though I returned the curds, the manager, Daniella, wouldn’t give us the onion rings we ordered. She was quite rude about the mistake.
