I ordered curbside and had to wait 10 minutes. Finally, I went in and asked and it was brought to me. What is the point of curbside if you don't actually do it?
Clean and quick. Burger and fries were fresh crisp and tasted excellent. Wasn’t greasy too. Excellent time here.
Good food, fries were hot. Need more drink machines.
I am not the person to leave a bad review because I have worked in a customer facing role for many years now. During that time, I have seen and dealt with all sorts of difficult situations and people. However, I called this Culver’s location to inform them of an important matter, and when I did the manager I spoke to said they were “too busy” to talk to me and hung up. We especially love the cheese curds, and the lemon ice. It seems like the wait time is getting longer but it's well worth it.
