1005 pm we ordered 3 medium concrete mixers in the drive through. There were about 7 to 8 cars in front of us already waiting. We watched every car in front of us plus 2 cars behind us get their FOOD plus ice cream. As you can see, the chocolate is an inch shy of a medium and all three were fairly melted. We waited 20+ minutes for trash service and melted frozen treats.
Who ever is working the drive thru window , taking orders on 7/15/26 at 9:30pm needs to be immediately demoted. Sorry Bro, for inconveniencing you for taking my order. I know you are really busy inside leaning all over the counters and I know your attitude didn’t mean to come off as rude because that’s just how your talk to your bros. Got some food for the whole family yesterday , a good 60 dollars with 4 kids meals . The gentlemen who took my order was very nice and he asked me if I wanted the four kids custards now or later . Since it was hot, and above 90 ,and was a carry out order. I asked if I could just grab a quart since it was the same amount of custard. He said he needed to ask his manager , lady in her early 40s and she said loudly “ ah a noooooo”.
