About this business

At Culinary Dropout, American comfort food tradition is thrown out the window for more innovation and creativity. For example as starters, the BBQ Pork Belly Nachos and Prosciutto Deviled Eggs followed by 36-Hour Pork Ribs as an entree all reveal something familiar, yet new at the same time. The drink menu is just as creative, especially the Two-Handed Shandies section; the 'After-school Special' made with raspberry tea infused tequila, ginger agave, lime and Modelo beer is phenomenal. We went there before going to see Hamilton at Gammage. The appetizers were exceptional, as were our meals. Service was a little slow, but I think maybe we felt that way because we went in really hungry. Overall a great place. We plan to return when my stepdaughter comes in a few weeks.

We had 1 1/2 hour wait but we kept ourselves entertained by getting drinks at the bar and playing bags. We all ordered a different meal and it was exceptional! Seared tuna salad, salmon, fried chicken and steak tacos. Our waiter was fantastic!

Terrible food terrible service. Way too expensive. Just wanted to have lunch got stuck there for 2 hours. Waited over 30 minutes for a drink and it was not busy. Food was not worth the $$.
