About this business

At Culinary Dropout, American comfort food tradition is thrown out the window for more innovation and creativity. For example as starters, the BBQ Pork Belly Nachos and Prosciutto Deviled Eggs followed by 36-Hour Pork Ribs as an entree all reveal something familiar, yet new at the same time. The drink menu is just as creative, especially the Two-Handed Shandies section; the 'After-school Special' made with raspberry tea infused tequila, ginger agave, lime and Modelo beer is phenomenal. I would of have given it 5 stars but we were ten mins late for our table and they almost wouldn't let us have it and then they told us to wait 45 mins after we had waited already an hour but they fixed it we got our table right away so that is only downside but the food there is very delicious and very fresh tasting I would eat here again but next time I would have reservation first before dining

Enjoyed the Butternut Squash Cannelloni. Wish there were more choices for vegetarians. The waiter even advised my selection was vegetarian so perhaps I wanted a protein also. Culinary alert: some of do not center our diets around animal flesh :)

I went to CD in Vegas in 2016 and it was the best experience ever. The Korean Ribeye Cap was superb. The meat melted in my mouth. I went to the one in Tempe last night and it was awful. The service was mediocre, the food was cold after it took them one hour to get it to the table. The ribeye cap tasted nothing like the one in Vegas. I feel like I threw $100 down the toilet.
