Literally the worst agency. They were so incompetent it was almost unbelievable. The way they spoke was highly unprofessional, particularly in emails. Constantly asking us, the tenants, for information that should be in their records. So slow to respond. I could go on and on but honestly would not recommend.
It’s like if ‘Stath Lets Flats’ was _actually_ a real estate agents because that is genuinely the experience you’ll have with them. I’m not going to get into specifics, as from the other reviews they get a little childish and try reason their stupidity. Let’s just say that their “professional cleaning” was like they asked convicts on Community Service. STAY AWAY!!! My partner and I had a signed lease agreement, deposit and 5 weeks rent paid upfront with our move in date and time confirmed. With little explanation, they informed my Partner and I that the landlord is cancelling the lease agreement 24 hours before our move in. Their justification "we have never heard of a landlord do this before, it is extremely strange". This agency completely failed us. We signed a rental agreement, paid the full deposit and first month’s rent, and had a confirmed move-in date. Then, just one day before we were supposed to move in, they cancelled everything, claiming the landlord hadn’t signed. They took our money and gave every impression that the tenancy was final.
