The woman that works here Terry is the rudest person I have ever encountered in the customer service field. My unit is in my boyfriend's name and the other woman that works here is super sweet and has noted that it is okay to speak with me yet this woman Terry still gives me a hard time every time I call or come in for something! If you're unhappy in your life don't reflect it on to your customers! They need to get rid of her because everyone else is so sweet and kind that works at this location!
