I am always confident of getting the best professional dental care, as well as friendly and respectful service.
I was met outside in my car for prescreening for my cleaning appointment. Shortly after that, I was escorted into the exam room, all of which now have doors. During the procedure, Sharri was in full PPE, as was Dr Zamora when he entered the room. I really did feel safe and believe they are being as careful as is possible. They are also, as they always have been, very personable.
They have developed a team dedicated to customer service and the well being of their patients second to none. It's a happy place to go.
Cubero Dental is the only place i will go. They provide safe and comfortable care. The extra precautions they have taken during covid made me feel even more safe. I love my hygenist. Everyone at the office is professional and take great care each and every time.
Love Miss Inez and Dr. Farrell. Things a little different during COVID, but they handled all smoothly and professionally. If there's such a thing a enjoying going to the dentist, these guys do it for me! :)
My appointment was on time and everyone address the Covid-19 issue very well. I'm very pleased with all who work there and how profession they are .
The staff at Cubero is the best. My hygienist, Shahana is wonderful and caring, no pain when I have a cleaning but very honest if she feels I’m not doing a good job taking care of my teeth. Luckily I haven’t needed the dentist to do any work beyond adjusting a crown, but he is great too.
I was curious to see the protocols while in pandemic mode. The office has made many modifications; according doors on each office, plexiglass around the desk; everyone in full PPE. I felt totally comfortable and safe...and as allows, an excellent teeth cleaning.
