Dr. Cu is one of the most ethical, knowledgeable and caring doctors. He is so skilled and has extensive knowledge of your eyes and eye care. During your appointments with him, he takes the time and to carefully listen about your eye concerns. He offers you important eye care solutions after his eye examinations. Dr. Cu-Unjieng and Practice Manager Michelle Gray provided excellent care to significantly improve my condition which was going on for very long. Dr. Cu and his staff are ALWAYS so attentive and take the time to answer my questions and make sure that I understand everything. Dr. Cu is very knowledgeable in his area of expertise. He really cares for and gets to know his patients. Michelle deserves five gold stars!! She is the BEST and such a hard worker. Kudos to her for keeping the ship together:-).
Annual eye exam. Dr. Cu and his entire staff are so patient, kind, and informative and I really appreciate their covid protocols, which protect everyone, especially the older and immune compromised individuals. Dr. Cu takes his time and explains everything that he is doing which really helps me to stay calm while procedures are taking place. There is a sense of serenity in the entire office which is quite rare!
Dr. Cu is a true professional! He takes the time needed to explain what he is doing and what is needed. I am post cataract surgery and very happy with what Dr. Cu was able to do for me. His care is extremely detailed as is the entire practice! Dr. Cu's staff are also an extension of his professional friendly manner. Michelle, Ansi and others are are very knowledgeable and so caring. Dr. Cu-Unjieng and his staff made me feel confident throughout my surgery process. Michelle, the office manager, was proficient, patient and flexible during all the visits. Amsi was clear and through with pre-op instructions. Dr. Cu-Unjieng is a skillful surgeon and a compassionate physician. He takes the time to listen and to explain, and thanks to his care and prescriptions my vision and quality of life are restored.
Dr. Cu is very thorough with his instructions and describing procedures. His two assistants, Amsi and Michelle, are amazing with their knowledge of the practice.
Dr. Cu performed cataract surgery on both eyes. I now have 20/20 vision in each eye and couldn't be happier with the results. Staff (Michelle, Ansi, Madeline, etal) are knowledgeable, efficient, and kind. I highly recommend Dr. Cu and his office.
