After taking some expensive tile trim back to a neighbouring store I found the lady (sorry unable to remember her name) very knowledgeable & helpful. Delighted with a darker grout she suggested I look at - from the examples of various grout colours on display. Even my tiler was pleased at the difference as initially he wasn’t convinced. & Both of us were very pleased with the finished result. Would highly recommend the staff in Swindon, their help & customer service put their neighbours to shame!
Not open 9am on Sunday. Will edit if this changes. Edit: I’ve submitted a change to Google listing. Hopefully this means no one else makes a trip at the wrong time. Edit 2: After changing to CTD they have a lot of Tile Giant stock left. They have been getting through the stock for a year now. This makes the buying experience awkward. Friendly staff. Recommended me various options depending on my needs and also helped to check stock levels immediately. Offered to order samples.
Great customer service, there was a issue with our tiles being sold before we could collect them but that was most probably due to us leaving them at the shop for over 4 week. It was quickly rectified and new batch ordered on a 2 day lead time. Would recommend and buy from CTD again.
