So excited to get my very first order of pellets today! Bought my first house, put in a brand new pellet stove, and made a GREAT choice by getting my pellets through CT Pellet with the rest of my family! I won't be buying my pellets from here ever and I will be sure to tell others!!Called Monday 9/8/14 to get a quote on 4 tons with delivery. Checked around for prices and called back Wednesday to order and was told they won't be making deliveries to this end of the state due to their busy season. I guess they have to much business and don't need mine. I may add the sales associate I talked to also hung up on me after I told them I called Monday and was not told this.
This is my 4th year with CT pellet and I have been very pleased every year. The delivery guy always seems to go above and beyond to put them where I need them.
