Funny story! We were shopping around Torrington for good quality hard wood pellets and one of the employees at a home improvement store told us that their store did not carry hard wood, just soft or mixed, and then told us that she buys her hard wood pellets at CT Pellet! So, I checked them out online & their prices beat out everyone else in the area AND the quality was far superior. WET! DAMAGED! DIRTY! TOOK MY MONEY 3 months ago. Tried to deliver WET pellets. Then REFUSED TO REDELIVER 3 TONS OF DRY PRODUCT, and blamed the manufacturer for their negligence. Poor is the absolute least I could give this sorry excuse of a business. In JULY I ordered 3 tons of pellets to be delivered to me. The delivery date was set for Monday Oct. 17th by Matt who informed me I would receive a phone call on the Friday prior to delivery, to confirm and establish a time slot...Continue Reading
