This was my first experience with CTPellet. Highly satisfied, very professional individuals.
Basically the only place I'll buy pellets. During a statewide shortage mid winter last year, he would only sell pellets to customers who have purchased from him before. I'm sure he lost some new business because of it - however the loyalty that he showed us by doing so made it possible for me to grab another ton when I needed it. Therefore, he has my loyalty as a customer. That's the way it's supposed to work and I'm thankful.
Delivered even in a snow storm! Very reliable. Highly recommend this company.
