I have used CT Pellet since we moved into our house 2.5 years ago. They have always been a pleasure to deal with. The delivery guys are awesome and very polite. After having issues with Dean stove with service issues, They were able to recomend Mark to me who is outstanding and fair priced on repairs and maintenance. I did try a local company to me and they were rude and couldnt be bothered to return my calls. CT Pellet is the only company I would recommend to anyone!!
We’ve been using CT Pellet for three years now and have never had a problem. Everyone I talk to there is very polite and knowledgeable. I’ve never had to wait to get a delivery even when I have procrastinated and waited a little too long to order my pellets. These guys are great.
Absolutely amazing company. The driver Matt was awesome and the Country Boy White Lightning pellets are the best ever!
