Feedback 30th July : Poor quality of services from Irshaad of Clear Glass Unit. They provide horrible quality of bifold glasses. We were provided with most horrid supply of glasses where magnetic blinds started to breakdown in less than 2 years time. There is no customer service and no response to messages. 9 doors provided, 4 were reported faulty and after 4 months of follow ups, they changed 3 of them. Now 1 more has turned faulty. No invoice given, no warranty given, glasses are faulty and no responses to messages and emails. Stay away from these folks
Very disappointed with this company as called up on a Friday regarding safety glass replacement unit and provided size and details over the phone, then was given a price which was happy with so was told to pop down on Monday to place order. On Monday went over with one side of the glass panel and was told it is safety glass and would cost double then what was originally quoted over the phone.
