We would strongly advise everyone against using CSS Paving Design Limited and any dealings with the Director - Sokol Cela. They promised to do a paving job for us and we paid in advance for materials and some labour - we have not received a single brick or tile. The work completed is poor, unsafe with significant damage and tonnes of rubbish left on the drive and incorrectly done which is now costly to rectify.
