Never use this company as they didn't do a great job on my wetroom and have refused to come out and put it right
The shop only opens at 12 during most weekdays which is inconvenient. The person sent to measure refused to do it as plumbers were in. Quoted from drawings which i had to chase.Staff in shop seem only to pass messages to a warehouse in bourne which could not be contacted at the weekend.
A waste of time! Visited the shop, booked an appointment to have a quote on flooring, turned up one day late, forgot the samples requested, took measurements and my choice of carpet and kitchen flooring. Promised to get back with a quote and samples of wood flooring and that was two weeks ago!! Honestly very disappointing and unprofessional. Certainly wouldn't recommend.
Excellent service from quotation to fitting. I would recommend CSM anytime.
