Everyone has always been very friendly here! If you have any questions, they have always been able to answer them for me and explain the process thoroughly as well.

I love going to donate. Not only am i helping others, but the staff is friendly and professional.
I will never go back into that facility ever again. I was there yesterday and I got treated like a piece of garbage. I have my personal reasons for saying this. I went down there to donate plasma and as a result of a machine malfunctioning I could not donate and did not get paid for my time and effort going down to that facility. This was result of the incompetence of the staff.
CSL is overall a great place sometimes there are some mess ups from the computers but they try to make up for it the staff are friendly
