Very friendly staff. Always attentive to your needs. It doesn't take too much of your time to donate plus you are giving people a fighting chance that need medications made from plasma.
First time visiting......and I had to serve myself. The guy checked me in and I had to keep finding someone to show me next step otherwise they would have left me sitting......otherwise was easy experience.
Easy people to talk too. Helpful friendly and clean environment
