CSL Plasma is all in all a great and friendly experience from the moment you walk in the door to the time that your donation is complete. The staff is very welcoming and professional, plus they always make sure that you are comfortable and don't require anything. It's always a pleasure to come donate plasma at this CSL location.
Clean and friendly location. Staff makes the process easy but has recently been very inefficient and lacking in staff causing an extended waiting period low in customer service.
Despite the wait today due to the weather the staff and their personalities made it all worth it!
