Had me waiting over a hour just to put me in the computer!! Put everyone else in let them go donate but have me waiting till everyone gets back from lunch which is gonna be another hour. I’m not impressed at all.

Workers can be very rude! I recently donated there and one of the phlebotomist was reprimanded about not wearing a hairnet. She became outwardly aggressive and had a temper tantrum while setting up my plasma donation. The supervisor shouldn’t have publicly addressed her employee’s hairnet issue. If the phlebotomist was too upset to work she should’ve asked to go and speak with a supervisor - instead she took it out on me!!!
