I was a new donor, the pay was supposed to be $75 but only got $20.. waste of time

I’ve been here for over an hour. This place has horrible customer service. So very unprofessional. At least let others know what the heck is going on. Did not even get a hello welcome nothing. Then after I did my welcome video, the nurse said I’ll get you when I get back, they making me leave. Did not say how long to wait. I just don’t understand what’s going on.
