Very professional and thorough. We are looking at buying a home built in the 1950s so it was very important to have someone who would take the time needed to ensure this was the right investment for us. Those of us who lived here long enough know how expensive the NOVA area has become and can't afford something that would cost us thousands of dollars more in unexpected costs. I feel confident that they gave the home a complete inspection and gave us the right information we needed to make an informed decision.
CSI was wonderful across the board. Patrick came out early Sunday morning and went through every last inch of the house. He let us know exactly what problems and concerns and made a very detailed report showcasing everything. He was knowledgable, professional, and very nice. We would definitely use CSI again.
CSI does things write the first time. Clearly, Barry is not only running a tight ship, but an ethical and respecting one as well! Very honest inspector. When determined no mold, he provided guidelines to remove stains and repair a small leak in the shower. If I need similar testing in the future, I'll definitely call again. Didn't try to make the problem into something it wasn't and didn't insult my intelligence.
I hired CSI to remove the mold from my house. The problem was in a bathroom and on a 22 ft high cathedral ceiling. They did excellent work at a reasonable price. My only complaint was with their communications. They could have been better at informing of what exactly they were planning to do and when they were planning to do it.
